- All purchases are made with a one-time payment model—no recurring fees
- Once the source code is delivered and downloaded, refund eligibility changes
- Digital products have different considerations than physical goods

Understanding Digital Products

Unlike physical goods, our product is delivered as digital source code that cannot be "refunable" once downloaded. This means you should thoroughly evaluate the product through our demo before purchase. We strongly encourage all customers to request and explore the demo access before making a purchase decision.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Have a valid purchase on your StreamAct account
- Submit your refund request within the applicable refund window
- Provide a clear reason for the refund request
- Have not previously received a refund for the same product
- Not have substantially modified or redistributed the source code

Automatic Eligibility Check

Refunds are NOT available if:
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
- You have downloaded and used the source code
- The product has been customized beyond basic configuration
- You purchased during a final sale or promotional clearance

When Refunds Are Granted

We will issue a refund under the following circumstances:

1. Product Does Not Work as Described

If the StreamAct platform does not function as described in the product documentation or our website, we will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.

2. Critical Security Vulnerabilities

If the source code contains a critical security vulnerability that cannot be fixed or patched, you may be entitled to a refund. If the vulnerability can be resolved, we will provide patches promptly. If patches are not delivered within an appropriate timeframe, a refund may be issued.

3. Purchased by Mistake

If you accidentally purchased StreamAct and have not downloaded the source code, we may issue a refund within 7 days of purchase. You must contact us immediately upon realizing the mistake.

4. Item Not Downloaded

If you have not downloaded the purchased source code within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. You will be required to provide your purchase code to verify your claim.

5. Support Not Provided

If you purchased StreamAct with included support and the promised support is not provided in accordance with our support policy, you may be entitled to a refund of the support portion of your purchase.

6. Unauthorized Transaction

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are NOT obliged to provide refunds in the following situations:

3. Lack of Technical Expertise

You do not have sufficient technical expertise to use or deploy the source code. We recommend consulting with a developer before purchase.

4. Accidental Purchase Without Requesting Demo

You purchased without first evaluating the demo version. We strongly recommend requesting a demo to ensure the product meets your needs.

5. Support Extension Not Used

Unused support extension purchases are non-refundable, as support time is reserved exclusively for you.

6. Substantial Customization

The source code has been significantly modified, customized, or integrated into another project.

7. Refund Window Expired

More than 30 days have passed since your purchase date.

8. Promotional or Final Sale Items

Items purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, or "final sale" events.
