These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Licensee," "you," or "your") and Bug Finder ("Company"). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
StreamAct is a white label OTT (Over-The-Top) streaming platform solution. As a single-product seller, we provide:
Full source code for web application, mobile apps (iOS, Android), and Smart TV applications.
Technical documentation, API references, and setup guides.
Complete administrative panel for managing content, users, payments, and analytics.
Technical support and maintenance as included in your purchased support plan.
StreamAct is designed for entrepreneurs, businesses, and developers who want to launch their own branded streaming platform without building from scratch.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of the applicable license fee, Bug Finder hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StreamAct solely for your own business purposes ("License").
Your License includes the following rights:
- Use Rights: Install, configure, and use the source code on your own servers or designated hosting
- Branding Rights: Customize with your own logo, brand colors, and brand identity
- Deployment Rights: Deploy and launch your own branded streaming platform
- Commercial Rights: Charge users for subscriptions, content, or related services
- Modification Rights: Modify and customize the source code for your specific needs
The License is granted for:
- One (1) Installation: The license permits installation on one (1) domain/server environment
- Your End Users: You may serve unlimited end users through your deployment
- Permanent Use: Once purchased, you retain the right to use the code (subject to these Terms)
Unlike subscription-based services, StreamAct uses a one-time payment model. You pay once and own the license to use the source code indefinitely, subject to these Terms.
You agree NOT to do any of the following:
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the source code to third parties in any form.
You may not publicly share, publish, or make the source code available on public repositories, forums, or websites.
You may not use the source code to create a competing product or service that offers similar functionality.
You may not remove, hide, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution within the code.
You may not install the source code on multiple domains or server environments without purchasing additional licenses.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the compiled binaries or obfuscated code portions.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your License and potential legal action.
