Welcome to StreamAct. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StreamAct white label streaming platform ("StreamAct," "we," "us," or "our"), including the source code, documentation, and related materials provided to you.

By purchasing, downloading, or using StreamAct, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our product. These Terms apply to all customers, users, and anyone who accesses or uses StreamAct.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Licensee," "you," or "your") and Bug Finder ("Company"). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Description of Service

StreamAct is a white label OTT (Over-The-Top) streaming platform solution. As a single-product seller, we provide:

Source Code Package

Full source code for web application, mobile apps (iOS, Android), and Smart TV applications.

Documentation

Technical documentation, API references, and setup guides.

Admin Dashboard

Complete administrative panel for managing content, users, payments, and analytics.

Support Services

Technical support and maintenance as included in your purchased support plan.

StreamAct is designed for entrepreneurs, businesses, and developers who want to launch their own branded streaming platform without building from scratch.

License Grant

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of the applicable license fee, Bug Finder hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StreamAct solely for your own business purposes ("License").

2. License Type

Your License includes the following rights:
- Use Rights: Install, configure, and use the source code on your own servers or designated hosting
- Branding Rights: Customize with your own logo, brand colors, and brand identity
- Deployment Rights: Deploy and launch your own branded streaming platform
- Commercial Rights: Charge users for subscriptions, content, or related services
- Modification Rights: Modify and customize the source code for your specific needs

3 License Scope

The License is granted for:
- One (1) Installation: The license permits installation on one (1) domain/server environment
- Your End Users: You may serve unlimited end users through your deployment
- Permanent Use: Once purchased, you retain the right to use the code (subject to these Terms)

One-Time Payment Model

Unlike subscription-based services, StreamAct uses a one-time payment model. You pay once and own the license to use the source code indefinitely, subject to these Terms.

License Restrictions

You agree NOT to do any of the following:

* Resale or Redistribution

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the source code to third parties in any form.

* Public Sharing

You may not publicly share, publish, or make the source code available on public repositories, forums, or websites.

* Competing Products

You may not use the source code to create a competing product or service that offers similar functionality.

* Removal of Attribution

You may not remove, hide, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution within the code.

* Multiple Installations

You may not install the source code on multiple domains or server environments without purchasing additional licenses.

* Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the compiled binaries or obfuscated code portions.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your License and potential legal action.

Account & Registration

1. Account Creation
To purchase and access StreamAct, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

2. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach

3. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Payment Terms

1. Pricing
All prices for StreamAct are as listed on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are in USD and subject to change. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of your purchase.

2. Payment Method
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other payment gateways, as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.

3. One-Time Payment
StreamAct uses a one-time payment model. There are no recurring monthly or annual fees for the base license. Optional support extension packages may be purchased separately.

4. Failed Payments
If your payment fails or is declined, we may suspend or cancel your order. You remain responsible for any fees incurred by failed payments.

Note: Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds. All payments are non-refundable after the refund window expires or in circumstances outside the Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

StreamAct, including all source code, documentation, design, features, and functionality, is owned by Bug Finder and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
